Compensation: $115,000–$140,000 base salary — full benefits, PTO + CME, malpractice covered.
SMH Innovations — physician-led and physician-owned — is recruiting a permanent, full-time NP/PA for a stable, collaborative LTACH team in Savannah, GA. Manage medically complex patients with strong physician support.
- ~12–18 patients/day (census dependent); work alongside a supervising physician
- Long-term acute care setting; consistent schedule
- Ideal for APPs with LTACH, ICU, hospital medicine, or IM experience who enjoy autonomy with physician collaboration
