Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage inpatient care for assigned patients on a 7 on / 7 off rotation
- Conduct daily rounds and coordinate with supervising physicians
- Perform admissions, discharges, and comprehensive documentation in Epic
- Collaborate with RNs, PA/NPs, and ancillary staff to ensure continuity of care
- Respond to changes in patient status and adjust treatment plans accordingly
