Overview:
* Seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Hospital Medicine
* Inpatient hospitalist role with focus on admissions and cross-coverage
* 12-hour day shifts
* Full-time schedule with optional additional shifts
* Manage admissions from ED and direct transfers
* Provide cross-coverage and evaluate clinical changes in hospitalized patients
* Round on low-acuity inpatient and observation patients under physician supervision
* Collaborate closely with hospitalists, nursing staff, and care teams
* Participate in patient handoffs and care coordination
* Structured onboarding program with mentorship and gradual autonomy
* Open to new graduates with strong interest in hospital medicine
* Use of fully integrated EMR system
