Exciting locum opportunity for NP/PA Hospitalists to provide overnight inpatient care in a supportive critical access hospital setting. Ideal for providers comfortable working independently at night, with strong clinical judgment and adaptability. This role offers ongoing coverage potential with the possibility of transitioning into a longer-term position. 🌟Job Responsibilities
Manage adult inpatient admissions and develop care plans
Provide overnight cross-coverage for hospitalized patients
Handle patient discharges and coordinate care transitions
Collaborate with respiratory therapy and support staff
Ensure accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
NP or PA certification required
Active Vermont license (temporary privileges available)
Acute Care certification preferred
Ability to work independently during night shifts
Comfortable managing inpatient care autonomously
Working Hours
Night shifts: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM 🌙
