Hospitalist Physician Assistant

Required Skills:
- Valid Physician Assistant license in relevant state(s).
- Current NCCPA certification.
- Proven experience in hospital medicine or acute care.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Advanced life support certifications (ACLS, BLS).
- Experience in a multidisciplinary hospital environment.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of hospitalist or inpatient care experience.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work a night 24-hour shift (17:00 - 05:00).
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
- Compliance with all applicable licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement policies.
