Job description
Fort Worth, Texas gynecology and urogynecology surgical first assist opportunity, with a mix of robotic and laparoscopic cases. This is a quality-of-life position for an experienced PA-C or NP/RNFA who enjoys the OR and first assisting. The practice provides surgical assist services to GYN surgeons in the Fort Worth area. There is no clinic, call, orders, or rounding, and hours average 30-35 per week. This is a full-time position with guaranteed salary and benefits.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with no call or weekends. 30-35 hours per week. It's not uncommon to have 1-2 cases in a day and finish before 2pm.
- Responsibilities: First assisting in gynecology and urogynecology robotic and laparoscopic cases. No orders, clinic, or rounding required.
- Salary: Guaranteed $135,000-$150,000/yr based on experience, plus up to $8,000 per year in productivity bonuses.
- Experience: At least 1 year of gynecology or urogynecology surgical first assist experience, with comfort assisting through the first assist port.
- Benefits: PTO, 401(k) with match, CME stipend, and healthcare plans. Malpractice and tail coverage included. Relocation stipend and sign-on bonus offered.
