A premier medical practice in Long Island is looking for Women's Health Advanced Practice Providers to join their team!
About the opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 1pm to 9pm
- Setting: 100% Outpatient
- Patient Volume: 25 to 30 per shift
Responsibilities:
The Women's Health APP will be responsible for:
- Conducting routine exams, providing contraceptive counseling, and managing common women's health issues.
- Offering comprehensive care throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum period.
- Diagnosing and managing gynecological conditions, performing minor procedures, and coordinating specialist referrals.
- Educating patients on preventive care, reproductive health, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- NYS Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA) and/or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) license
- OB/GYN and/or Women's Health background
