Apex HealthSync has been retained to find Geriatric Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join a physician-run practice that is rapidly expanding into nursing homes. NP/PA will work alongside MDs to provide services. With a focus on short-term care, healthcare providers would be responsible for covering approximately 15 - 25 beds per day while working five days a week.
Multiple Roles Available outside of NYC in multiple locations in Westchester.
Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- 1-year Geriatrics experience
- Nursing Home Experience a plus
- Board certified
- Multiple roles are available
- NYS License
