Our physician partner practices internal medicine and is very passionate about doing Locum Tenens, where she finds her jobs exclusively. She would be very excited to talk to you about potentially switching over to Locums from a permanent position, trying it out, or starting new with Locums right out of medical school. She has the unique perspective of the Locums business from the provider side. Locums is not for everyone. She will be honest and upfront with you if she believes that it's not the right fit -- but ultimately you will need to decide what is best for you.
Our two managing partners both have advanced degrees from New York University and expertise in finance, accounting, technology, and operations, with combined experience of over 25 years in the finance industry. Entrepreneurs at heart, they came across this niche market while talking to family, some of whom are practicing physicians and nurses. After hearing about the frustrations and inefficiencies many hospitals and Locum physicians experienced, they decided to embark on a journey to do things in a better way. Having spent much of their careers in the dynamic, fast paced finance world, the two have learned to respond to clients' needs quickly, to be flexible and adaptable, and to develop efficient processes. You'll experience this first hand when you join as a provider or a facility - we will actively engage and respond to your every need.
