Protean Med is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an ongoing locum opportunity with a PACE clinic in Fayetteville, NC.

🗓 Mid-November 2026 start is realistic, sooner if available
🕐 Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
👴 Geriatric patient population
💻 Epic EMR
🤝 Autonomous practice with Medical Director support
What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive care to frail and elderly patients
Manage chronic and acute medical conditions
Perform patient evaluations and follow-ups
Coordinate care with the PACE multidisciplinary team
Work autonomously while having a Medical Director available for support
Candidate Requirements
✅ Board Certified NP/PA
✅ North Carolina license — candidates needing to obtain a license may be considered
✅ BLS
✅ DEA & CDS certification
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience working with frail or elderly patients
✅ Geriatric experience/qualifications preferred
✅ Experienced providers only — no new grads
✅ Local candidates required
