• We are seeking a dedicated PA to provide comprehensive geriatric-focused care in skilled nursing facilities.
• This role involves daily onsite patient care, focusing on improving outcomes for elderly residents.
• Ideal for providers passionate about geriatric medicine and team-based care.

Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions in geriatric patients
• Order, interpret, and document diagnostic studies
• Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate
• Coordinate referrals and continuity of care
• Educate residents and families on treatment plans and health maintenance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary SNF teams and supervising physicians
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
Qualifications
• Active Washington PA license required (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in geriatrics, SNF, or long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical and patient management skills
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccination may be required

• Day shifts (onsite coverage; schedule may vary based on facility needs)
