• Seeking a Locum Physician Assistant for Gastroenterology coverage
• Full-time clinic based assignment
• Monday–Friday schedule with no call responsibilities
• Provider will work alongside GI physicians & other APPs
• Average clinic volume is approximately 16 patients per day
• Patient population consists of adults age 18+
• EPIC is the electronic medical record system

Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate adult patients and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Perform follow-up and ongoing GI patient management
• Coordinate care with GI physicians & APP colleagues
• Document patient encounters accurately in EPIC
• Provide care within the scope of PA practice & clinical privileges
• Support the gastroenterology practice with day-to-day patient care
Qualifications
• Active or eligible Washington license
• Gastroenterology experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Relevant clinical experience within the previous 24 months
• Ability to work collaboratively with GI physicians & APPs
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
Working Hours
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 8 hour shifts
• No call required
• No rounding or admission responsibilities
• Full-time schedule
