An established multispecialty medical group in Northern New Jersey is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing Gastroenterology team. This role offers a mix of outpatient and inpatient care within a collaborative GI practice serving patients across the area.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business hours
Responsibilities:
- Provide gastroenterology care in an outpatient clinic setting
- Support inpatient rounding on a limited, rotating basis
- Work collaboratively with physicians and other clinical team members
- Evaluate, manage, and follow patients with GI conditions
- Document patient encounters and coordinate ongoing care plans
Qualifications:
- Current New Jersey Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Gastroenterology experience
