• We are hiring a skilled Physician Assistant to support a Gastroenterology team in both outpatient and inpatient environments.
• The role focuses on delivering comprehensive care for patients with gastrointestinal conditions.
• The provider will collaborate closely with physicians to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Candidates with strong clinical backgrounds and interest in GI care are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and treat GI disorders
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
• Assist in developing and managing treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress
• Educate patients on disease management and preventive care
• Document patient encounters accurately in EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams
Qualifications
• Active Idaho State License (or ability to obtain)
• Master’s Degree required
• Minimum 1 year Gastroenterology experience required
• Experience in clinical or hospital settings
Working Hours
• Inpatient coverage as needed
• Occasional night call required
Skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Ability to manage multiple patients and priorities
