A New York City medical center is looking to add a new, licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Nurse Practitioner (NP), and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their Primary Care team in Queens.
Responsibilities:
The Primary Care FNP / NP / PA will be responsible for providing the appropriate care to patients of all ages. Details include:

- Setting: Outpatient
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm or 9am to 5pm (one late day per week 11am to 7pm)
- Patient Volume: 15 per day
- 2+ years of Primary Care experience
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in a related field
- NYS licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Nurse Practitioner (NP), and/or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Previous experience in an Outpatient role/setting
- Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
- Patient oriented
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
