Outpatient Primary Care opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Join an established Family Medicine practice with strong patient demand
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including pediatric patients
100% outpatient practice with no inpatient responsibilities

Qualifications
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active New York State license
DEA registration required
Previous clinical experience required
Experience or strong interest in Family Medicine and Primary Care
Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan, including pediatrics
Strong clinical, communication, and patient-centered care skills
