- 100% outpatient care
- No weekends or holidays
- Competitive salary: $140,000"$145,000, based on experience

Position Details
- Monday"Friday, 8am"5pm
- Flexible, rotating on-call schedule
- Average 12"15 patients per day
- EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Focus on continuity, preventive care, and chronic condition management
- Multidisciplinary, team-based care for primarily Medicare-aged patients
Candidate Qualifications
- 2 years previous experience
- DEA and CDS licensure (if required)
- Current CPR and BLS certifications
- Proficient with EMR systems, preferably eCW
- Experience with Medicare Advantage, HEDIS, MRA, and ICD-10 coding
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
