Job description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for December 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, 11, & 15 at their Corporate Health clinic in Palm Coast, FL. Provider will see ages 12 & up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and Occupational Health issues. Provider will also dispense medication as needed. Hours are Tuesday 9:00am-6:00pm, Wednesday & Friday 6:30am-3:30pm, and Thursday 7:00am-4:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break from 11:30am-12:30pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty and must be DOT Certified with FL dispensing license to qualify for this assignment. DEA is preferred.
