Respond to patient messages through the care platform and provide guidance regarding treatment plans, progress, and follow-up care.

Establish compassionate, supportive relationships with patients seeking weight management services.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance across all patient communications and medical records.

Stay current on clinical guidelines and best practices in obesity medicine, chronic disease management, and primary care.

Collaborate with the provided collaborating physician and clinical support team as appropriate.

Additional active licensure in Texas, Florida, or New York.

Familiarity with obesity medicine, chronic disease management, and evidence-based lifestyle interventions.

Demonstrated passion for helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals.
