Full Time | Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Position Highlights:
Full-time Post-Acute Care opportunity
4-day workweek, Friday-Monday
Round in skilled nursing facilities throughout the Chattanooga area
Coverage includes Ooltewah, Cleveland, East Ridge, and Hixson
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, medical histories, and physical exams
Develop and adjust individualized care plans
Monitor patient progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
Strong clinical support and training
Practice with a high level of autonomy

Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active Tennessee NP or PA license
Active DEA registration
Post-acute, acute care, Emergency Medicine, or outpatient clinical experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical and communication skills
Collaborative, team-oriented approach
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated annual compensation of $93,850-$111,021
