Physician Assistant (PA) | Florence, CO

Position Summary: We’re seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join a collaborative healthcare team at a federal facility in Florence, Colorado. You’ll provide primary and urgent care across family and internal medicine, including sick and well visits, immunizations, and physicals. This full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and no on-call.

Position Offers:

• Excellent salary of $139,000–$146,000 per year
• Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and no on-call

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide sick and well visits across family medicine, internal medicine, and urgent care
• Perform physical exams, health screenings, and immunizations
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress
• Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle practices
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate patient care

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Colorado Physician Assistant license required
• Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care
