New Grads Welcome – Enterprise, Florida, Primary Care NP/PA Job

Clinical Role:

• Seeking a nationally board certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant

• Full-time position; no part-time opportunities available

• Experienced candidates preferred, as this is a sole-provider position at the office

• Strong new graduates will be considered on a case-by-case basis

• Must demonstrate strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage patients independently while collaborating with the supervising physician

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

• Friday: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

• No scheduled weekend office hours

• After-hours call: one week every 8–10 weeks

• See approximately 20 patients per day

• Treat patients ages 2 and older

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management

• Perform patient evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic testing, prescribe treatment, and coordinate specialty referrals

• EMR: Epic

• Prior FQHC or community health experience strongly preferred

• Experience serving underserved and diverse patient populations preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred

• Must hold and maintain an active Florida license in good standing

• Active DEA preferred; must obtain within six months of employment

• Annual salary up to $110,000

• PTO accrual of 8.3 hours per pay period
