A well-established primary care practice in Florida, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time outpatient position. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, with an emphasis on geriatric care.
Provide medication management and ongoing patient monitoring.
Develop treatment plans and collaborate with physicians as needed.
Order and interpret diagnostic testing.
Provide patient education and follow-up care.
Perform procedures based on training, experience, and comfort level.
Qualifications
New graduates and experienced providers encouraged to apply
Comfortable caring for a primarily geriatric population
Florida licensure and DEA registration may be obtained after an offer, before beginning applicable clinical duties
Working Hours
No scheduled night, weekend, or holiday clinic hours
Phone-only, remote call: one week every three weeks
Average volume of 15–20 patients per day
