Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Must Speak Russian

Step into a leadership role with a well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization serving NYC communities! We're seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide clinical oversight and leadership across multiple care sites - combining hands-on patient care with regional responsibility.

What You'll Do:

• Provide professional, clinical, and administrative leadership across designated care sites within your region
• Deliver advanced practice coverage based on operational and patient-care needs
• Support continuity of site operations across assigned locations
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, person-centered care
• Occasionally conduct local home visits for patients unable to come into the clinic (not a dedicated home care role)
• Partner with a Regional Medical Director to maintain high standards of care

What You'll Bring:

• Active NP or PA license in New York
• 5+ years of NP/PA experience
• Geriatric, Primary Care, or Internal Medicine background strongly considered
• Comfort traveling between assigned sites
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative care skills
