Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join an established, high-performing Family Medicine clinic in Ocala, Florida.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, continuous, and comprehensive primary care to patients across all age spectrums (adolescents through geriatrics). Supported by a collaborative team of primary care physicians, experienced clinical staff, and administrative team members, you will build your own panel of patients while enjoying predictable hours and strong work-life balance.
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
Schedule: Standard Monday through Friday business hours (No weekend clinic hours required).
Call Structure: Outpatient phone call only (shared across the provider team; extremely light volume).
Workload: Balanced daily scheduling to allow adequate time for quality patient interaction and documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (MSN/DNP) or Physician Assistant (MSPAS) program.
Certification:
NP/PA
Licensure: Active, unrestricted Florida Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) license (or eligible to obtain).
Prescribing: Active Florida Prescribing License & Federal DEA registration (or eligible).
