Chowchilla, CA | Full-Time | Permanent
Seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join a collaborative family practice team in Chowchilla, CA. The provider will deliver comprehensive primary and preventive care while working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Develop treatment plans and coordinate referrals and follow-up
- Perform appropriate office-based procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and the clinical care team
- Support quality improvement and community health initiatives
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Active California PA license or eligibility
- 12+ months of clinical experience preferred
- Primary care/family practice experience preferred
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
Compensation & Benefits
