Senior Health NP/PA

A health services organization in Colorado is actively seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their primary care practice in the Greater Denver area.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Day shift
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 32 hours per week; 4 eight-hour shifts
• Setting: In-person

Responsibilities:

• Manage a patient panel with a broad range of needs, including acute, chronic, and preventive visits
• Provide care in office and testing center settings, with occasional telehealth visits
• Participate in weekly clinical rounds and ongoing learning opportunities
• Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
• Use clinical training to perform appropriate in-office procedures

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages within the past 5 years, or 1 year in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages plus a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care seeing patients of all ages

• Completion of an accredited FNP or PA program

• National certification as an NP or PA
• State license obtained by the start date
