Job description
Position Highlights:
- Full-time Family Medicine NP or PA opportunity
- Choose a 4-day/10-hour or 5-day/8-hour work schedule
- Clinic open Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Join a team of 1 physician and 1 APP
- Practice in a modern, state-of-the-art primary care clinic
- Collaborative environment working alongside physicians and other APPs
- Government site qualified with HPSA Score of 16
- Mentoring program available
Compensation/Benefits:
- $138K–$160K base salary, depending on experience
- RVU-based bonus opportunity

Qualifications:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- NP/PA experience preferred
- Ability to obtain an active Washington State license
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other APPs
- Strong, compassionate communication skills for educating patients and families
- Thorough documentation and comprehensive patient record management
- Spanish-speaking skills preferred
