Hello there,
I wanted to reach out about a Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant opportunity in Austin, MN. This is a 3-month contract assignment with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right provider!
Position Highlights:
- Start Date: ASAP
- 3-month initial contract
- Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts
- Week 1: Monday-Wednesday
- Week 2: Wednesday-Friday
- Alternating schedule
- Hours: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
- Average of 7-10 patients per day
This outpatient primary care clinic serves employees and their dependents ages 2 and older. Services include preventative care, annual physicals, well-woman exams, well-child visits, sports physicals, immunizations, acute and same-day visits, minor procedures, chronic disease management, and health education. Providers are supported by an experienced team of nurses and clinical staff.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of Primary Care or Family Medicine experience
- Active Minnesota license
- Board Certification
- Active DEA
- Current BLS
