We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant with recent Primary Care or Family Medicine experience who is confident practicing autonomously while working closely with a dedicated clinical care team.

🌟 What You’ll Do

As a MinuteClinic Physician Assistant, you’ll provide evidence-based care to a diverse patient population while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide comprehensive primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health conditions.
• Perform routine examinations and diagnostic testing.
• Evaluate and treat patients for a variety of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide preventive care, health screenings, wellness education, and chronic disease management.
• Counsel patients on healthy lifestyle choices and encourage active participation in their healthcare.
• Develop and coordinate comprehensive treatment plans with other healthcare professionals.
• Manage patient appointments and follow-up care.
• Support clinic operations, including inventory, insurance verification, payment collection, and maintaining a clean clinical environment.
• Practice autonomously while collaborating with the broader clinical care team.
• Advocate for patients and help drive positive health outcomes.

This is an in-person, patient-facing opportunity with onsite requirements as needed.

🕐 Schedule

• Full-time opportunity
• MinuteClinic operating hours
• Weekend availability required, including every other weekend
• Holiday rotations may apply

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a qualifying health-related master's degree combined with a Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
• Current National Board Certification.
• Current Texas PA license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Physician Assistant in Family Medicine or a Primary Care practice.
• Strong understanding of quality measurement and chronic disease management.
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to practice autonomously.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency with electronic medical systems and technology.
• Flexibility and willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.

Primary Care or Family Medicine experience is required. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
