Reason for Coverage: Long-term permanent search
Practice Setting:
- Walk-In Clinic coveage
- Average 20 PPD
- Staff includes 2 APPs, 4 RNs, 1 MA and 2 Office Staff
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 7:00a-7:00p
- Weekends/Holidays, 8:00a-1:00p
Patient Population: All ages
EMR: EPIC
Credentialing: 90 days
Requirements:
- Active Wisconsin licensure
- Board certification
- AHA BLS certifications
- Minimum 1-year Primary Care experience or equivalent
