Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm Weekends/Holidays 8am-1pm
Number of candidates needed: 2-3 needed
What is driving the need: vacancy
Patient volume: 18 per day
Patient age range: all ages
Certifications required: PA-C, WI license, DEA, BLS
Job Responsibilities
Support Staff: 2 RNs and 1 MA, 2 APPs

Can you wait for a license: No
Credentialing timeline: 45-90 days
Travel expenses reimbursed/lodging/mileage and/or flights
Working Hours
Weekends/Holidays 8a-1p
