Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) Opportunity – Outpatient Specialty Medicine
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a growing outpatient specialty medical practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who enjoys direct patient care and wants to develop specialized clinical expertise in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong assessment skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Specialty experience is welcomed but not required. Comprehensive training and mentorship are available for providers interested in expanding their clinical knowledge.

Job Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patient conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans
Educate patients regarding their care plans and treatment options
Manage follow-up care and ongoing clinical needs
Prescribe medications according to clinical guidelines
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
Assist with office-based procedures when appropriate
Maintain accurate and compliant electronic medical records
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Qualifications
Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
Active Texas license or eligibility
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Current BLS or ACLS certification
Ability to work onsite in an outpatient setting
Preferred Qualifications:
Outpatient clinical experience
Specialty medicine experience
Private practice experience
Experience managing chronic conditions
EMR experience
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
