In this role, you will:

Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

Perform wellness visits, preventive care, and chronic disease management.

Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and preventive health.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care.
We're looking for:

A Texas-licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (or eligible for Texas licensure).

Experience or interest in family practice, primary care, chronic disease management, or integrative medicine.
