Position Highlights

* Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.
* Opportunity to independently assess patients, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide ongoing follow-up care.
* Perform minor office procedures and coordinate care with specialists and community resources as needed.
* Educate patients on disease prevention, wellness, medications, and treatment plans to promote long-term health.

Qualifications
* Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
* National certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
* Current Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licensure with prescriptive authority.
* Current CPR certification.
* Previous clinical and Nurse Practitioner experience preferred.
* Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
