Care Team Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to join our growing outpatient team in Jacksonville, North Carolin on a permanent, full-time basis. You will work in a fast-paced yet supportive clinical environment, providing high-quality care across a broad scope of primary and urgent care services. This Primary Care & Urgency Care Clinic has proudly served the Jacksonville, NC community since 2016, providing compassionate and high-quality care to patients of all ages.
Base Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 annually, based on experience.
Job Responsibilities
Manage primary care panels including preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness visits
Provide urgent care services including minor procedures, occupational health visits, and work/sports physicals.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate referrals as appropriate.
Qualifications
1+ years of outpatient, primary care, or urgent care experience preferred.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Strong clinical communication skills and genuine commitment to patient-centered care.
