- Full-time or part-time, permanent
- Seeking a Family Practice NP for all ages. * Clinic open 5 days a week. * Seeking a FT Nurse Practitioner to attend 4, 4.5 or 5 days a week. * In addition, seeking PT providers who may wish to back up or position share. * Clinic deliver Preventative care, Urgent care, Chronic Care Management, school physicals, DOT exams, blood draw and retail pharmacy services. * The Nurse Practitioner is supported by the local EMT entities and other Primary and Specialty Care providers * This is a unique opportunity to deliver healthcare using your knowledge and compassion to serve a respectful partner community.
