Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity – Inpatient ICU Coverage
We are seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) for a short-term inpatient coverage assignment at a Level II Trauma facility. This opportunity offers a high-acuity ICU environment with a collaborative team and Epic EMR support.
Assignment Details
- Coverage Dates: Late July through early August 2026
- Schedule Options:
- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Inpatient setting
- Approximately 14–16 patients per shift
- Scheduled clinical hours only
Practice Environment
- Level II Trauma Center
- ICU-focused patient population
- Epic EMR
Requirements
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) required
- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
- Active Texas license required
- DEA required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
