We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Physician Assistant to provide high-quality geriatric care in skilled nursing facilities throughout Butte, Montana. Join a collaborative healthcare team focused on improving patient outcomes and quality of life for residents in long-term care settings.

Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
• Develop patient-centered treatment and care plans
• Prescribe medications and therapies under supervising physician guidelines
• Coordinate referrals and continuity of care services
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive healthcare
• Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, specialists, and supervising physicians
• Maintain detailed and compliant medical documentation
Qualifications
• NCCPA Certification preferred
• Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, internal medicine, or SNF settings preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Working Hours
Mon–Fri schedule, 8 hours/day Day shift.
