Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
Perform well-child exams, preventive care, and developmental screenings
Build long-term relationships with patients and their families
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives
Qualifications
Active or eligible PA license in North Carolina
NCCPA certification (PA-C required)
Pediatric experience preferred (new grads with strong pediatric training considered)
Current BLS certification (PALS preferred)
DEA license or eligibility to obtain
Strong communication and teamwork skills
