Job Responsibilities
• Manage acute and chronic conditions across diverse patient populations
• Conduct physical exams, preventive screenings, and follow-ups

• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
Qualifications
• Active California License (Required)
• DEA License (Preferred/Required depending on role)
