Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) | Full-Time

Location: Renton, Washington

A well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system in the Renton, Washington area is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to join its expanding outpatient primary care team. This is a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on access, continuity of care, and team-based delivery.

Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program – a valuable long-term financial benefit.

Position Overview

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan
• Deliver same-day access for in-person and telehealth visits
• Convert MyChart messages into telehealth or in-clinic visits as appropriate
• Serve as access point for new patients through “team” visits prior to PCP assignment
• Perform Medicare Advantage Annual Wellness Visits
• Manage patient inboxes and coordinate timely follow-ups
• Act as “Provider of the Day” for urgent or walk-in patient concerns
• Ensure continuity of care by coordinating with physicians and care teams
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
• Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives

Schedule & Clinic Details

• Clinic Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Schedule: Five 8-hour days per week
• Team-based coverage model with flexibility for same-day access
• Supportive environment with strong clinical and administrative backing

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (NP/PA)
• Ability to obtain Washington State medical license
• Active/Eligible DEA registration with full prescriptive authority
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
