Job Details
- Pay: $100,000-115,000/Yr
- Job Incentives: Sign-on bonus $5,000, Relocation up to $4,000 Pay for Health, Vision, Disability 10 days of paid time off, 3 days of sick leave, 5 days for CME, 6 holidays Malpractice covered They will pay/reimburse for: TX license, DPS and DEA fees

- Schedule: 2 days out of week till 7pm, M - F 8 - 5 or 4 10's 1 Saturday per every 7-8 weeks on a rotating schedule

- Additional Details: Outpatient Family Medicine Pediatric to Geriatric patients. Seeing newborns to geriatrics and doing paps (no OB) No Call is required for the incoming provider Diabetes and Hypertension to pediatric and family medicine.
