About the Role
Work in a patient-centered clinic blending traditional and functional medicine to address root causes of illness. PAs will provide comprehensive primary care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help patients achieve optimal health in a supportive, balanced work environment.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Guaranteed with potential to earn $300k+
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with 4% match, up to 4 weeks PTO, malpractice coverage, CME support.
  • Schedule: No nights/weekends; minimal call (one week/year, phone only).

Job Responsibilities

- Deliver patient care via office visits, telehealth, and same-day appointments.

- Perform assessments, order/interprete labs and imaging, and manage acute and chronic conditions.

- Create personalized treatment plans integrating lifestyle changes, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions.

- Educate and empower patients on preventive and functional medicine principles.

- Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, and mental health providers.

- Ensure timely, accurate documentation in the EHR (NextGen).

- Engage in team meetings, quality improvement, and ongoing professional development.

- Foster a positive, collaborative clinic culture.

Qualifications

- Active Oregon license as a Physician Assistant (PA-C).

- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty.

- 2+ years clinical experience preferred; functional/integrative medicine experience a plus.

- Strong interest in preventive and lifestyle medicine.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency with EHR; NextGen experience preferred.

Working Hours

Schedule: No nights/weekends; minimal call (one week/year, phone only).
