A growing healthcare network in New York City is actively seeking a licensed Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a promising opportunity at one of their practices in Queens.
About the Opportunity
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:30am to 5pm
- Setting: Outpatient
- Patient Volume: 12-15 patients per day
- EMR: eClinicalworks
Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine physical examinations and health assessments for adult patient population
- Providing preventive care, including immunizations and screenings
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of applicable experience, will train the right candidate
- Bachelor's Degree
- One of the following NYS licensures: FNP, ANP, and/or PA
- Bilingual (English and Bengali)
- Solid assessment, clinical and documentation skills
- Patient oriented
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills:
- Medicare / Medicaid Prescriber certification
