A well-established value-based care clinic in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its team, seeing a patient panel of ages 14 and up. The clinic is known for its collaborative environment, low turnover, and strong commitment to work-life balance.

Position Details

  • Outpatient-only role
  • Patients ages 14 and up
  • Mix of well visits and acute care
  • Average of 16 patients per day
  • Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Managing your own patient panel with a wide range of needs, including acute, chronic, and preventive care
  • Treating patients in-office, in testing centers, and occasionally via telehealth
  • Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other ongoing learning opportunities
  • Collaborating daily with in-office teammates through huddles and coordinated care discussions
  • Utilizing your clinical training and performing in-office procedures as appropriate

Qualifications

  • NCCPA Certification
  • 1+ years of experience as a primary care provider required
