About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Primary Care PA to join our outpatient family medicine team. This position is an ideal opportunity for new graduates or early-career providers who want to build a solid foundation in primary care while being supported by collaborative clinicians and strong administrative resources.
You’ll provide full-spectrum outpatient care for patients of all ages, with an emphasis on prevention, chronic disease management, and patient education.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
- Conduct physical exams, review medical histories, and order diagnostics
- Develop personalized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
- Educate patients on preventive care, lifestyle changes, and medication adherence
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members to coordinate care
- Document patient interactions accurately in the EHR
- Remain current with clinical best practices and continuing education requirements
- Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 (commensurate with experience)

Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Arizona PA license
- Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based PA program (Puerto Rico programs not accepted)
- Current DEA license with no restrictions
- Credentialing eligibility with managed care and commercial insurance plans
