Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 (commensurate with experience)
Incentives: Percentage-based bonus tied to collections

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive exams, screenings, and wellness visits
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries
- Manage chronic health conditions such as hypertension, COPD, and diabetes
- Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory results, diagnostic tests, and imaging studies
- Educate patients on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and oversee follow-up care
- Document all patient encounters accurately in the EHR
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Arizona license as a Physician Assistant
- Graduate of a U.S.-accredited PA program (Note: Puerto Rico-based programs not eligible)
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Credentialing eligibility for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
- No history of malpractice or disciplinary action
- Preferred: Minimum of one year of experience in outpatient primary care or family medicine
