Job description
A growing primary care organization with multiple locations across Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its well-established Internal Medicine Practice located 20 miles south of Boston. Position Details:
- Join a supportive team of 6 physicians and 4 nurse practitioners
- Outpatient-only practice with no nights, weekends, or call
- Flexible scheduling: 4 or 4.5-day work week available
- Typical schedule includes 34 patient contact hours + 6 admin hours
- Average patient census: 20 per day
- 1:1 Medical Assistant support
- Innovative AI documentation tools (Ambient & Navina) to enhance efficiency and patient focus
Compensation & Benefits:
- High base salary with additional bonus potential

- CME allowance: $1,500 annually + 3 CME days

Requirements:
- NCCPA Certified
- 1+ Years of experience as a primary care PA or 2+ years of experience in a different specialty that relates to primary care such as Urgent Care, Geriatrics, Endocrinology, etc.
