About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Provider to join our California-based community-focused clinic. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a mission-driven organization that provides accessible and compassionate care to diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary care across all ages
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Provide preventive care and wellness counseling
- Document accurately in EMR
- Engage in quality improvement and team initiatives
Qualifications
- Active California license
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty
- Outpatient/community health experience preferred
- Passion for working with underserved populations
